The Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus remain the external actors most actively engaged in long-term disinformation efforts targeting Poland. The activities undertaken by these states to undermine Poland’s image and influence Polish citizens appear to be coordinated and, although they differ in the narratives they promote, ultimately serve the same strategic objectives.

Belarusian authorities have claimed to have prevented the largest-ever shipment of explosive materials from being smuggled from Poland into Belarus and Russia.
